We understand that medically complex children often require multiple specialists, therapies, medications and equipment. Our care model brings these needs together, helping families navigate each step of their child’s journey with confidence. From monitoring growth and milestones to managing feeding tubes, tracheostomies, ventilators and more – we’re here every month, and for same-day sick visits when you need us most.
What families can expect

Who we serve
The Pediatric Complex Care program is designed for children who:
- Have multiple specialists involved in their care
- Use medical technologies such as G-tubes, tracheostomy tubes or ventilators
- Meet criteria like that of the Medically Complex Children Medicaid Waiver or comparable programs
Families must also be able to attend regular visits – typically quarterly or more frequently based on need.
